Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please give me as much notice as possible. Cancelling or rearranging on the day of your appointment may incur a charge.

Payments

I accept cash or bank transfer to be made payable immediately following your treatment.

Gift Vouchers

POPICA gift vouchers are available for a specific monetary amount or a specific treatment. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please ensure that the person receiving the treatment has suitable access to their home and can accommodate space for my massage table.

Parking & Access

Please consider whether your home is suitable for receiving mobile massage services as my equipment is heavy and is not designed to be carried far. It is essential I have safe access and parking for your mobile session. This means private parking/a designated space next to the house or roadside parking. Unfortunately, I will not be able to offer services where I would need to cross a main road with my equipment or travel from a car park or area more than 100 yards away. If your property has lots of steps or other steep or difficult access then I may require your assistance.

Late Arrivals

If you are coming for a treatment at my home-therapy room, please try to arrive on time for your appointment or notify me if you’re running late. If you do arrive then we will complete the session in the remaining time.

Inappropriate Behaviour

POPICA Massage Therapy has a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. I reserve the right to terminate a treatment with immediate effect and without refund if the client demonstrates behaviour including but not limited to: intimidation, verbal aggression, physical violence, evidence of intoxication or sexual behaviour.
